Satisfied

My last post was just over a week ago and in that week, I have progressed a significant amount on my novel. Significant, that word is in the eye of the beholder. If I had all my faculties in order, then it would not be a significant amount of work done but since I have this disability, I can use the word, 'significant,' because of what I have to go through in order to write a novel.

As I mentioned in my last post, I was entering into an area of the story in which I needed to do some more research. In the process of researching for chapter nine, I had an idea for chapter ten so that is what I have been working on for this past week.

That chapter now has 839 words but I have cut about 200 words from the manuscript that did not belong. Don't fret however, I make a point of saving all my ideas to another document so I can recall those ideas should it make sense somewhere else in the manuscript or even in another novel. So in this last week, I have inputted somewhere in the neighborhood of 1000 words.

I still have to finish chapter nine and tie it in to chapter ten but as I mentioned earlier, I have to do some more research in order to write the chapter in a believable fashion. I did add a "follow" button in my menu at the upper left hand corner of your screen.
